Founded over a decade ago, Spitfire Homes has developed a reputation for building communities of custom new homes in highly desirable locations. In line with their rapid expansion plans and significant investment in land, Dalo partnered with Spitfire Homes to establish the digital foundations for the next phase of their growth.

Powerful community search
To meet user expectations, we implemented an intuitive, Google-powered search function. Users are able to search by their current location or by entering a ZIP code, town, city or specific community name with live predictive results. Search results are displayed in both a list and map view, allowing users to instantly see exactly where the communities are located within their search radius. We also suggest communities just outside the search radius.
Streamlined content management
With the potential for hundreds of lots in each community, keeping lot management simple is essential. Floor plans and lot types are first set up in the CMS with all the content specific to that type – including images, specifications and dimensions. This content is then automatically applied to all relevant lots, significantly reducing the time spent on content management. Since promotions and incentives are common for homebuilders, we also added a feature that allows promotions to be created and applied across multiple communities, instead of recreating them for each lot.

Users can easily save lots and properties to their ‘Saved Homes’ list to view later.
Branded communities
We included options for the marketing team to apply each community’s custom logo and brand colors in the CMS.
Interactive community maps
The Spitfire team can easily upload their community map images, drop pins and assign property statuses which update automatically.
Website integrations
Since the website is the primary lead generation tool for the sales team across all communities, forms like inquiries and brochure downloads can securely transfer customer information into their industry-leading construction software. This allows the team to store customer details accurately and provides sales teams with easy, reliable access to customer information at any stage of their buying journey.
