To match the luxury of St. Philips’ new homes, they needed a website that raised the bar. A digital experience that went beyond what other home builders were offering. We set out to build a top-tier solution that prioritized lifestyle over property, putting the buyer’s experience front and center.
Custom community branding
After the successful launch of the main site, we then created custom branding for each of St. Philips’ new luxury communities. The ongoing partnership grew, and we also supported with delivering a range of marketing materials – offering a range of design and development capabilities that meant they could focus on selling their homes.
Elevated buyer content
Through user research during our discovery phase, we uncovered common frustrations in the new home buying process. Many homebuilders don’t provide buyers with enough detailed, relevant content about their properties, relying instead on generic information that adds little value. We helped the client set themselves apart by providing high-quality, focused content—ranging from interactive community maps to detailed information on customizable kitchens and bathrooms.
